For our clients who managed to get their children back to school and possibly suited up themselves for life back at the office, we hope you have settled into a new Fall routine.
We haven't seen the rush of activity we look for after Labour Day yet feel buyers and sellers are acclimatizing to longer selling times, higher interest rates, and modified price expectations. We are seeing some listings languishing yet occasionally still see multiple offers. August had 5,627 sales in the GTA down 34.2% less than 2021. Homes are selling though, and if now is the right time for you to move our team along with our trades, stagers and mortgage brokers will help you make the best move.
We are fortunate to have two fabulous listings with gas fireplaces for enjoyment on cooler nights ahead. A chic two-storey loft and a renovated four-bedroom Yorkville home with refined architecture (3-storey chandelier shown here) and a gorgeous garden with an outdoor fireplace, both walking distance to Bloor Street shops, restaurants, parks and TTC.
We've included a flip book of Insight - Art of Living Magazine, an ode to Queen Elizabeth, Royal design ideas, and an update on Doorey Chu Team charity work.
