As the year closes, we want to thank all our clients and friends who have worked with us through this transitioning market.
It’s been a rollercoaster year that began with offer madness, slowed by interest hikes, tax legislation and a buyer-seller market standstill. It’s a lot to move through especially when it affects the place we love the most…our home. Our homes are our shelter to create and keep lifetime memories. There is no better time to enjoy creating memories than the holiday season.

Winter Warmth for Homeless Youth
About 6,000 young people are experiencing homelessness in our country on any given night. Covenant House is accepting donations until December 31. Susan and Lisa Marie we will do a second coat drop in January 2023.
