Built and converted into 215 residential lofts in 2008 by Lanterra Developments, The Toy Factory Lofts were designed by the famous Quadrangle Architects. Formerly the Irwin Toy Factory, the spacious lofts are located in the heart of Toronto’s vibrant Liberty Village.
The most impressive features from the original structure were left in the building, including the large brick walls, Douglas fir wooden posts and high steel ceiling beams.
Despite varying size, almost every suite in the building has unique and attractive characteristics and offers high-end design features.
