Welcome to St. George Lofts
65 Sheldrake
65 Sheldrake Blvd, also known as St. George Lofts, is a unique loft condo conversion which is located in Lawrence Park, Toronto. The complex seamlessly combines traditional with the contemporary and offers residents a true loft living experience. Originally the Eglinton United Church, the loft building was converted, in 2001, to house 33 modern and stylish condo suites. The history of the church dates back to 1923 when it was first erected by the acclaimed architects Horwood & White.
The building’s exterior consists of limestone and brickwork, boasting an appearance that was modeled after Keeble College at Oxford University. The structure retained some attributes of its church features through the conversion such as the stained-glass windows, high ceilings reaching 20 feet in some areas, timber fames, and large church doors.
The units are simply exquisite and range from about 1,200 to over 3,000 square feet of living space for you to call your home.
