Fashion District Lofts, completed by Freed in 2009 and located in the heart of Toronto’s fashion district, is a 10-storey building that stretches North from Adelaide Street down towards Morrison Street on the East. The building houses 93 loft spaces, and 10 two-storey townhouses which have been integrated into the main structure, with one end of the townhouses featuring floor-to-ceiling windows on both the first and second floors.

 

The building exterior boasts large glass panels and modern sand-coloured concrete panels. Residents at Fashion District Lofts enjoy luxury interiors designed by the Toronto-based world-class firm Cecconi Simone, secure entry phone system and BBQ area. Although there are no amenities, a trade-off is that the condo fees at Fashion District Lofts tend to stay low.

 

The lofts and two-story townhouses in this unique property range from 576 to 3,470 sqft, with unique features including, high ceilings and exposed concrete walls, a historical style that once housed Toronto’s textile industry.
